How you can get involved

  1. Respond to existing Tips by adding Comments below each Tip.
  2. Send us your own tried and tested Tips in sheTIME Tips Format (see below).
  3. Offer to test one of the existing Tips where “Tester Required” is indicated.
  4. Alert us to other information about tips that facilitate the monthly cycle.

Do you have a Tip to share?

Please supply your Tips in the following format:

sheTIME TIP PROPOSAL
Category: Cyclical Health, Emotional Events or Physical Events.
Source: The tip’s inventor, or the website or book from which you gleaned it.
Tester: The person who tried it out. If not yet tested, write:”Tester Required!”
Test Date/s: The date/s the tip was tested.
Problem: The specific issue/s that this tip addresses (“PMS” is too general).
Solution: The tip itself. Break it down into specific steps and list any materials.
Trial: How you or the Tester actually applied the tip in your own life.
Result: Your/the Tester’s experience, conclusions and recommendations.
